PHILOSOPHY STATEMENT

3CMfgConnect LLC exists by the approval of my customers and the skilled manufacturers I represent. My function is to serve my customers’ interests by representing only quality lines whose policy-in-common is to provide an elevated level of service. I am proud of my past accomplishments as a direct employee, and I am committed to achieving even greater success as a manufacturer's representative. 

MISSION STATEMENT 

3CMfgConnect LLC intends to be a professionally managed sales representative organization…one that provides skilled sales support for several quality manufacturers and service providers who will market their services to prospective customers nationwide. 

VISION STATEMENT 

My function is to satisfy the market needs of my principals and my customers in such a unique and different manner that I will become recognized as an industry leader and innovator. I will earn this position by conducting the basics of my business correctly the first time. My recognition in the marketplace shall allow me to participate in all opportunities that become available in this marketplace.

1. I am constantly looking for ways to help my customers be more successful, not just for ways to make a sale.  

2. I use a variety of ways to listen to my customers so that I can fulfill their current needs and anticipate future wants.  

3. I make it easy for my customers to give me feedback.  

4. I know the needs, wants, hopes and fears of ALL the key influencers and decision-makers in my targeted customers’ organizations.  

5. If something goes wrong, I take corrective action immediately, and I keep customers fully informed throughout the process.  

6. I regularly measure customer satisfaction.  

7. I have a process in place for reviewing customer complaints and feedback with trusted mentors. 

8. I serve as an advocate for my customers with my principals. 

9. I understand and can articulate the value I add as a representative for my customers. 

10. I develop and regularly update business profiles (mission, vision, strategic objectives, financial targets, business threats, development projects, etc.) for my targeted customers. 

11. I maintain relationships with trusted advisors (former customers, suppliers, and associates) and seek their consul and feedback.
